Recruitment Administrator

Overall Purpose of the Job:
To provide administrative support to the team, helping to achieve the team's objectives of continuously hiring above and beyond departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Providing an effective and accurate end to end support service to Recruiting Managers and their teams with reference to their specific recruitment operations.
- Under the direction of the Recruitment Team, support the candidate attraction process by preparing and formatting job descriptions and profiles, setting up adverts the recruitment system and making adverts 'live' within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure the relevant external recruitment advertising takes place in a timely fashion by uploading adverts, including various social media channels and all other platforms that are authorised by the Global Recruitment Manager.
- Creating, updating and maintaining accurate candidate records both using the recruitment management system.
- To receive all enquiries, ensuring that processes are followed, and relevant information is passed on to the appropriate person.
- To monitor and control all third party agency record recruitment sheets
- Acts as the administrator for the recruitment system, in charge of data quality
- The above list of duties does not represent an exhaustive list of duties and the Recruitment Administrator may be required to assist with other requirements to support the Leisure recruitment team in performing their role within the company.
