Job description:

  • Plan, handle and monitor on full-set account and HRA Daily operations
  • Plan, manage and monitor on Accounting and Finance team
  • Consolidate the accounts
  • Prepare and submit tax related reporting
  • Prepare monthly report, Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Process invoices
  • Monitor on accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Support on financial audits
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Budget preparation
  • Review and implement financial policies
  • Ad-hoc activity that assigned by management

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Strong in Taxation and able to deal with BIR.
  • 5 years of proven work experience and 3 year of supervisory capability in similar role
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Experience using financial software
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Capable to submit accurate reports that meet the deadlines.
