Job Description:

Masagana Gas Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting/Finance Manager to lead our finance team. The successful candidate will bring seasoned expertise in financial management, specifically within the financial sector. Proficiency in finance software is a must, and your strong interpersonal and leadership skills will be pivotal in driving success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • CFA/CPA or similar qualification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting/Finance Manager in the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in finance software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
