About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead the Accounting and Finance functions of PTCAT and PMDI. This role ensures compliance with accounting, finance, and audit principles, while driving process improvements, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting aligned with PTC Holdings Group standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & General Accounting

  • Ensure compliance with cash advance policies and liquidation processes.
  • Oversee compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Review and update PTC Holdings accounting and finance memoranda.
  • Participate in monthly cost and margin analysis, and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivables reconciliation, and credit line evaluations.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine financial reporting standards.
  • Review, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual results of operations.
  • Conduct balance sheet account analysis and prepare management reports.
  • Support budget and annual operating plan (AOP) preparation and review.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Fund Cycle Management (Cash Advance, Liquidate, Bill, Collect Cycle)

  • Monitor cash positions and treasury functions.
  • Review operational costs and participate in credit risk analysis.
  • Coordinate with PTC Holdings audit and compliance teams.

People & Organizational Development

  • Participate in training and career development activities for the finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience as an Accounting or Finance Manager, preferably in the service industry
  • Experience in logistics or cost model management is an advantage

Skills

  • Proficient in Accounting software / ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred)
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance personnel
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills
