We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team and lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure timely closing of books and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and recommend cost optimization strategies.
  • Develop short and long-term financial forecasts for all business units.

Cost Control & Profitability

  • Monitor food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and operational overhead.
  • Implement cost control measures and financial KPIs for individual outlets.
  • Support pricing decisions and menu profitability analysis.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage company cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
  • Forecast and monitor cash positions to ensure operational liquidity.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
  • Oversee timely tax filing (VAT, income tax, etc.).
  • Maintain internal controls and risk management policies to safeguard assets.

Team Management

  • Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure ongoing training and development.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations, HR, and procurement teams to align financial processes.
  • Support new outlet openings, renovations, or expansion planning with financial analysis.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA/CA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
  • Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is strongly preferred.
  • Previous managerial or leadership experience is essential.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Oracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and payroll systems.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
