Tender Loving Care is looking for a highly skilled
Finance and Accounting Manager
to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in overseeing financial operations, compliance and team management to support our mission of delivering quality disability services.

Key Qualifications

Essential
:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • 5+ years' experience in a
    finance leadership
    or
    management role
    , with strong knowledge of the
    Australian market
  • Strong understanding of
    NDIS financial operations
    and compliance
  • Proven experience managing finance teams within disability or aged care sectors
  • Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines

Desirable
:

  • CPA qualification
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS, the
    SCHADS Award
    , other
    relevant Australian Pay Awards
    , and
    employment entitlements
    for full-time, part-time, and casual staff
  • Experience supporting finance across multi-site or international team
