  1. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Monitor subordinates' performance and productivity to ensure adherence to company goals and policies. He/She shall implement performance improvement strategies when necessary while fostering a positive and healthy workplace.
  2. TFG-PROCESS OVERSIGHT: Oversee all reported/handedover units from

    PCG to TFG team and maintain on track for all units endorsed to Accounts Receivable and other concerned departments. He/She shall be able to provide final directions on any complex technical aspects/issues related to unit acceptance.
  3. DOCUMENTATION OVERSIGHT: Do the final review and validation of all turnover documents and other necessary reports shared across all departments concerned. Ensure that all documentation adheres to company standard requirements and industry best practices.
  4. TURNOVER OVERSIGHT: Oversee turnover schedules and immediately address any conflict according to the standard process and regulatory requirements.
  5. DEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION: Promote a culture of effective communication and collaboration with the overall group of TOD and other departments to enhance synergy alignment and shared goals.

    Facilitate high professionalism among various teams to ensure operational efficiency of TFG across all groups/department.
  6. QUALITY ASSURANCE: Monitor and enforce compliance of turnover requirements with PCG and TSG team as a result of timely turnover execution of all projects. Uphold rigorous standards of quality assurance for all deliverables and processes within the TOD, ensuring exceptional quality in documentation and turnover activities.
  7. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES: Continuously evaluate turnover processes to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Stay updated with industry best practices to ensure turnover process is competitive and efficient.
