Position Title: HR Process Reengineering Officer
Job Summary:
- Acts as first level support for HR systems and overall Point-of-Contact (POC) for all system-related initiatives, projects, administration and governance
The Process Reengineering Officer is responsible for supporting the following areas:
Process Reviews
- Identification and Prioritization of Areas to be Optimized in HR
- As Is Process Mapping
- To Be Process Design
- Benefits Capture
Process Migration
- Migration Strategy
- Scaling of Scope of Work to FTE
- Job Aids
- Training on New Process
- Hypercare Support
Process Optimization
- Identification of Improvement KPIs
- Design and Implementation of Sprints to Achieve KPIs
Role Exposure:
Process Reviews
- Identify scope and scale of transactional activities in each workstream
- Recommend and agree scope and prioritization for migration with leadership
- Map current processes in each workstream
- Identify potential areas for optimization
- Design and secure sign off of the To Be process
- Identify areas impacted by the To Be process
- Identify and document the benefits from implementing the new process
Process Migration
- Create a Migration Strategy for each workstream
- Show how the work scope can be scaled up or down including FTE implications
- Creation and turnover of Job Aids
- Coordinate with LDD to design sustainable training materials for New Processes
- Provide Hypercare Support (check-ins, process adjustments) for 3 months post implementation
Process Optimization
- Identification and Sign off of Improvement KPIs for each workstream
