Job Description

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for community processes and management rules.
  • Includes defining the user journey, guidance, and interaction mechanisms such as conversation prompts and engagement strategies.
  • Design and execute user activities, themes, and interactive strategies to foster community engagement.
  • Provide answers to questions and other relevant content to maintain an active and accountable community that drives business outcomes.
  • Ensure a positive community environment by managing content and comments effectively.
  • Offer warm, concierge-like services and develop fun, personalized IP personas to engage users.
  • Supervise the foundational setup of the community.
  • Recruit, cultivate, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and community managers.
  • Handle account, relationship, and data management within the community.
  • Set Goals and Manage Performance
  • Define and break down team goals and individual tasks.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in community management or a similar role, preferably in customer-focused industries.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse users.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, conflict resolution, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, set priorities, and achieve performance targets.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with community management platforms, social media tools, and basic data analysis.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to design engaging content and build unique IP personas.
  • Leadership: Experience in managing teams, including goal-setting and performance evaluation.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to respond quickly to changing needs and solve problems proactively.
  • Customer Focus: A strong understanding of user needs, with a commitment to creating a positive community experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
