RRP INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
The purpose of this position is to lead the strategy and execution of cross-channel marketing communications campaigns for JTI Philippines' Reduced-Risk Product (RRP) brands. The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will drive brand awareness and visibility, consumer action, and business efficiency with effective and data-driven media campaigns and creative and consumer-centric communications solutions
He/She will oversee assigned programs from end-to-end: crafting consumer-centric media and communication strategies based on the program objective, briefing the partner agencies, approving proposals, presenting the strategy and plans to internal stakeholders, and executing, monitoring and optimizing the programs as needed. The incumbent must also be able to ensure all marketing communication materials are aligned with the brand strategies, brand world and tonality, key performance indicators (KPIs), and regulatory guidelines. He/she should also be able to draft reports on assigned projects
The incumbent will also be responsible for leading agencies contracted to help deliver marketing communication objectives, ensuring quality of output, timeliness of deliverables, agility in adjusting communications as needed, and compliance with legal and internal guidelines.
Collaboration with various internal functions, including Brand, Consumer Experience, Digital Operations, Legal, and Data & Foresight is required.

RRP INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
, you will
- Media Campaign Management: A digital marketing expert within the RRP team. Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across programmatic and emerging channels to drive measurable business outcomes. Oversee media plans, audience targeting, creative delivery, and performance analytics, while ensuring campaigns are aligned with overal brand objectives and delivered efficiently, on time, and on-brand.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee strategy and creative development, execution, and implementation of marketing communications programs, supporting brand campaigns, product launches, and portfolio and market expansion. Initiate new and innovative strategic communication initiatives that further elevate RRP brands and strengthen consumer engagement. Experience in working at the heart of a brand and being able to proactively influence senior level brand thinking. Link to wider marketing objectives both online and offline.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal functions, including but not limited to Brand, Consumer Experience, Digital Operations, Legal, and Data & Foresight for the conceptualization, production, and implementation of online and offline communication materials. Manage external agency partners to bring to life communications and creative strategies with a consumer-first mindset. The position will also ensure all communication materials comply with legal and internal guidelines.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets, closely track expenditures and pacing, provide forecasts, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and internal controls. Provide regular reporting on budget utilization and campaign performance to key stakeholders.
Who Are We Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in marketing management, digital marketing, brand management, or related roles within FMCG, advertising, or other fast-paced industries.
Language Skills:
English: Advanced written and oral communication.
Filipino: Written and oral proficiency is an advantage
Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications and working knowledge of Google Analytic
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in people management, e-commerce campaigns, and cross-market collaboration is a plus
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on experience in programmatic media and paid digital campaigns
- Marketing Campaign Leadership: Proven ability to lead strategy, creative development, and execution of marketing communications programs across multiple brands.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external agency partners
- Project & Budget Management: Skilled in managing complex projects, timelines, and marketing budgets effectively.
Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to translate brand positioning into compelling multi-channel campaigns.
