Greenlight Renewables Holdings Inc. is a joint venture between Emerging Power Inc. (EPI) and Shell, dedicated to developing, owning, and operating large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in the Philippines. We are committed to driving the country's transition to sustainable energy.

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Supervisor to join our Finance team. This role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Company and its subsidiaries. If you have strong financial expertise and a passion for driving business performance, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis & Evaluation: Examine, analyze, and evaluate the financial activities of the Company and its subsidiaries to ensure sound financial decisions.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across all business units, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare periodic management reports on business performance and evaluate both quantitative and qualitative operational aspects.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide recommendations and financial insights to guide leadership in mapping out the Company's financial future.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong financial, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to clearly present and communicate findings to superiors and colleagues.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
