Position: Financial Planning Supervisor

Location: BGC, Taguig

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance-related course (CPA preferred)
  • With relevant experience in Financial Planning and Budgeting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the submission of the company's annual and long-range financial plans, including those of its subsidiaries
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet forecasts for Business Plans (BPs) and Achievement Forecasts (AFs)
  • Support the setup of standard costing per product or model
  • Conduct monthly OPEX and CAPEX performance reviews with budget owners; summarize and report findings, including risks and opportunities versus plan
  • Prepare comparative reports of actual revenues, costs, and operating expenses against budget plans
  • Supervise the Financial Planning team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial analyses and forecasts
  • Conduct cost and financial analyses regularly and upon special request
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and support schedules required by the Japan counterpart
