Job brief

We are seeking a creative, detail oriented, and resourceful Communications Intern to join the Office of the COO at CITADEL Pacific LTD. - ROHQ. This internship offers valuable real-world experience in the creation of social media campaigns, website management, and pioneer company engagement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of templates for communication assets such as cascade posters, PowerPoints, files, meeting backgrounds, etc.
  • Create designs and templates for corporate branding and employer branding on supervisors directions.
  • Assists in communications and marketing internal and external projects such as social media campaigns, website refresh, company engagement projects, and other communication support for communities and groups.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in multimedia arts, communications, marketing or a related field.
  • Preferably Academic Internships. Willing to sign required Memorandum of Agreements and Internship Plans.
  • Able to commit a minimum of 200 internship hours and work on-site in BGC, Taguig City.
  • Strong interest in communications and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Resourceful and with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other editing softwares for photos and videos.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook and LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Previous experience in digital and traditional marketing publication or relevant coursework is an advantage, but not required
