The Role

• We're looking for an AI Story Architect — a creative technologist who designs entire storytelling pipelines powered by AI.
• You'll connect human creativity and machine intelligence, helping us produce performance-driven content that feels alive, emotional, and scalable.
• This isn't a role for a "creative strategist."
• It's for someone who lives at the intersection of storytelling, psychology, and automation.

You'll Be Doing

• Build AI-assisted story systems for brand, ad, and lifestyle content
• Use GPT, Claude, and other LLMs to generate concepts, hooks, and emotional frameworks
• Collaborate with editors, media buyers, and on-camera talent to translate ideas into
• cinematic story arcs
• Prototype and test new creative agents, prompt chains, and automation flows
• Measure narrative performance (hook retention, watch time, conversions) and feed it back into your system for continuous improvement

• Someone who talks to ChatGPT daily — not to get answers, but to build tools
• A storyteller who understands attention, pacing, and emotion
• A systems thinker who documents and automates creative processes
• A curious technologist who sees every update as an opportunity to evolve
• Base or willing and able to travel to Ortigas or White Plains, Quezon City.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative strategy, scriptwriting, or content architecture
• Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Notion AI, etc.)
• Understanding of story psychology, human attention, and social video dynamics
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental creative environments
• Obsessed with optimization, iteration, and documentation
