What You'll Do:

The Finance Manager is directly accountable for architecting, driving, and governing the end-to-end financial lifecycle of our critical Manila-based operations. The manager will own the full-cycle reporting and management process—from monthly close reconciliation and variance analysis to ensuring unwavering compliance with Philippine taxation and labor law—to deliver maximized profitability and fiscal integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the financial operations of the Manila office, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting including the end-to-end payroll process.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
  3. Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to optimize efficiency and compliance.
  4. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure healthy financial operations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align financial goals with business strategies.
  6. Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within the BPO industry.
  3. Strong management and leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading finance teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  6. Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
  7. Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
