The Role
We're looking for a Vibe Editor — not just an editor.
Someone who feels rhythm, emotion, and story — and knows how to teach that to AI. You'll edit lifestyle, TikTok, and performance ads for U.S. audiences while helping us design AI-assisted editing systems that scale output 10x. This role is for the curious, the obsessed, the ones chasing that last 2 % of mastery.
You'll Be Doing
- Edit short-form and storytelling content for multiple brands
- Build AI-enhanced workflows (Runway, Pika, OpusClip, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Experiment, document, and teach what works
- Collaborate with creative directors, founders, and media teams to push new formats
- Stay ahead of every new AI update and trend — and apply it before anyone else does
You Are
- Living 95 % ahead of the average AI user — but know you're just getting started
- The type who learns new tools at 2 AM just to see what's possible
- Equal parts creative and systems thinker
- Fluent in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci
- Base or willing and able to travel to Ortigas or White Plains, Quezon City.
