Healthcare Claims Representative (Pre-bill Medical Recovery Department)

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Return to Office (RTO) | Graveyard Shift

About the Role

The Pre-bill Medical Recovery (PMR) team works on behalf of emergency room physician groups to identify and bill the correct insurance for ER visits before the patient or their health insurance is billed. This involves working with various sources of recovery, including auto insurance, worker's compensation, and liability insurance.

Tasks include inbound calls, back-office processes, and predominantly outbound calls.


Qualifications
  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
  • At least 2 years of Healthcare International BPO experience

    (Data entry experience only is not qualified)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift and on-site in Makati

Compensation Package
  • Salary Grade 24
  • PHP 30,600 Basic Salary
  • PHP 3,600 OGA Allowance
RCM (AR Collections Representative)

Location: Taguig City

About the Role

Join the Revenue Cycle Management (AR Collections) team, where you'll handle payment disputes and insurance claim follow-ups. You'll be working on the provider side, ensuring claims are processed and payments are collected efficiently.

This role involves 70% non-voice tasks and 30% voice support.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze payment disputes and contracts
  • Verify claim status and collect unpaid claims from insurance providers
  • Process claims payments accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with insurance payers and internal stakeholders
  • Handle UB Claims; utilize UB04 forms knowledge
Qualifications
  • At least 12 months of Healthcare AR Collections experience in an international BPO
  • Educational attainment: Minimum of 2nd-year college undergraduate
  • Experience on the provider side (hospital setting) preferred
  • Strong understanding of UB Claims / UB04 forms
  • Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice responsibilities

Compensation Package
  • PHP 26,000 – PHP 34,000 Basic Salary
  • PHP 3,600 Optum Allowance
  • + PHP 900 Transportation Allowance (for Taguig hires)
