About the role

As a Healthcare Collections Specialist at Medrevenu Inc., you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. This full-time position, based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, will see you working closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively follow up with patients and insurance companies on overdue payments using a variety of communication channels
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment activities
  • Provide regular reports on the status of accounts receivable and collections performance
  • Assist in the resolution of billing disputes and discrepancies
  • Support the wider Accounts Receivable function as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a collections or credit control role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations tactfully
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A proactive and persistent approach to collections, with a focus on achieving results
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting principles and regulatory requirements
