Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in any related field.

1-2 years and above of working experience in Accounts Receivable or Collection

With experience working in a BPO set-up

Amenable for night shift work schedule.

Amenable to work onsite

Job Descriptions:

Contact clients by phone, email, or portal to collect past-due invoices.

Handle complicated account reconciliation and assist in promptly resolving client complaints.

Perform account reconciliations on a daily and/or monthly basis.

Examine and prepare customer refunds for overpayments, duplicate payments, and payments made to the wrong business.

Weekly aging report preparation and account prioritization according to past-due status

When necessary, train new team members.
