Role Description
- As part of the Sales Team, the Sr. TA Specialist contributes to driving revenue by successfully delivering high-quality candidates to esteemed clients, primarily within the IT sector.
- Roles to fulfill includes high-level position such as Project Manager, IT Business Analyst, and Software Development (Java, .Net, PHP), as well as managing other vacancies in the Infrastructure.
- Lead and oversee Talent Acquisition team members in the daily tasks and deliverables.
- Participate in sales meetings, presenting clear and comprehensive recruitment progress reports.
- Take primary responsibility for managing pre-sales roles (open-deal vacancies), ensuring a high closure rate and timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Assist in sourcing quality IT talent by leveraging diverse channels, including job boards (Jobstreet, Foundit, Indeed), social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates by conducting resume reviews and aligning with the client's preferences.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and alignment with the role and company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define role expectations, and develop compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and technical teams, ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Enhance the candidate experience by managing all stages of the recruitment journey with timely communication, detailed feedback, and professional support.
- Handle initial offer discussions, providing candidates with necessary information before forwarding the details to admin support for job offers.
- Develop and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals to proactively address future hiring needs.
- Continuously explore new trends and strategies in recruitment to optimize hiring practices and drive improved outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment..
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
