Job Summary

Multi-M Food Corporation is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Agent to drive business growth by expanding our market reach in the Food Service Industry. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in food service sales, account management, or business development, particularly in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), food distribution, or hospitality supply chains.

The primary focus of this role is to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with restaurants, catering services, hotels, canteens, commissaries, and institutional food businesses in Muntinlupa, Parañaque, and Las Piñas. Candidates who reside in or near these areas are highly preferred to ensure easy access to clients and market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by targeting food service establishments such as restaurants, hotels, caterers, canteens, cafeterias, and institutional food businesses.

Conduct product presentations, sampling, and negotiations to maximize sales conversion and account acquisition.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive customer loyalty and recurring orders.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential growth opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to help the management optimize business strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and excellent customer service to food service clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or any related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, specifically in the food service industry, FMCG, or food distribution business.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Established market knowledge in Muntinlupa, Parañaque, and Las Piñas, including familiarity with local food businesses, restaurants, and catering services.
  • Strong understanding of food service distribution, supply chain management, and market penetration strategies.
  • Residing in or near the target locations (Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas) is highly preferred for better client accessibility.
