Key Responsibilities
Sales
  • Develop and grow accounts with architects, contractors, designers, developers, and homeowners
  • Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and project updates
  • Follow up with prospects and close deals to hit monthly targets
  • Maintain a clear pipeline and submit regular sales reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
Marketing
  • Execute marketing strategies to strengthen the Kunstof brand
  • Manage and grow online channels (Facebook, Instagram, website)
  • Coordinate creation of promotional materials with designers
  • Assist in trade shows, exhibits, and other brand activities
  • Support content production (photos/videos of installations, client testimonials)
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable dealing with architects, contractors, and homeowners
  • Knowledge of construction materials is an advantage, but not required
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel for client visits and site inspections
Preferred Skills (Optional)
  • Background in B2B selling
  • CRM usage
  • Basic graphic design or content creation
  • Experience in windows, doors, construction, or home improvement industries
