- Prepares and processes accurate payroll for all employees within prescribed deadlines.
- Ensures compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Maintains and updates employee compensation and benefits records in the HRIS.
- Handles timekeeping validation, attendance discrepancies, and leave monitoring.
- Coordinates with accounting for payroll funding and payslip distribution.
- Administers employee benefits such as loan applications, and other incentives.
- Monitors salary adjustments, allowances, bonuses, and other pay-related transactions.
- Prepares payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensures confidentiality and data privacy of all employee compensation information.
- Supports HR, Accounting & Audits and assists in policy development related to compensation and benefits.
- Provides guidance to employees on compensation, deductions, and benefits-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing or compensation and benefits.
- Knowledge of labor laws, government benefits, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Excel; experience with payroll systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
