Role Overview

We're looking for a results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive meaningful connections for our life-changing dystonia recovery course. Your mission: create campaigns that not only generate leads but genuinely connect people facing serious health challenges with hope and proven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run high-performing lead generation campaigns on Google, Meta, and organic channels
  • Navigate health advertising compliance to ensure campaigns meet all regulations
  • A/B test campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI
  • Build effective email nurture sequences that turn leads into engaged participants
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for scaling success
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to align strategies with proven results
  • Optimize campaigns to balance cost efficiency with high-quality leads

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience building lead generation systems that convert, especially in health/wellness
  • Strong understanding of health advertising compliance (or willingness to master it quickly)
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear, frequent communication
  • Comfortable with funnels, email marketing, and conversion tracking
