Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Lead Generation Specialist PVOP (Pre-vetted Offshore Professional) who will act as a crucial first point of contact for prospective students.
This role is primarily focused on lead generation and nurturing and is central to the customer journey and customer success pipeline. The ideal candidate must be highly relatable, speak clearly, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a genuine interest in the creative industries we serve.
Key Responsibilities
This role is focused on driving qualified enrollments and ensuring prospective students have a positive journey:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively manage and qualify inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels. Assess their suitability and motivation for our professional makeup courses.
- Customer Journey Nurturing: Serve as the first-touch mentor, providing clear, friendly, and motivational communication to guide prospective students through the entire inquiry-to-enrollment process.
- Customer Success: Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed about courses, financing, and career pathways.
- Relatability & Communication: Conduct virtual consultations and calls that feel friendly, engaging, and professional, effectively communicating the value of a Huxley education to a predominantly young, female, and aspirational audience.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately track and update lead status, notes, and interactions within the CRM system.
Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrable professional experience in sales, lead nurturing, customer success, or consultative client relations, preferably in education or a passion-driven industry.
- Communication Style: Speaks clearly with impeccable written and verbal English communication skills, capable of establishing immediate rapport over digital channels and video calls.
- Relatability: Proven ability to connect with and be relatable to a target audience primarily consisting of young women interested in the beauty, fashion, and creative arts.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the makeup, fashion, or beauty industry is highly desirable, as it aids in establishing credibility and shared passion with prospective students.
- Role Alignment: Must be comfortable focusing on both lead generation targets and long-term customer success nurturing.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)
- Prior experience in the education or training sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or any role where professionalism and passion are key selling points.
- Cultural fit with the diverse and expressive aesthetic of the fashion and makeup world (e.g., candidates who understand and appreciate the aesthetic preferred—gender open).
