About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lending Officer to support our lending operations. This role involves reviewing and assessing loan applications, performing accurate data entry, and assisting with various administrative and ad hoc tasks. You will work closely with our Australian team to ensure applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess loan application documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform accurate data entry into our systems and maintain client records
  • Liaise with the team to gather additional information when required
  • Ensure compliance with company and lender policies
  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as directed

Requirements:

  • Based in the Philippines, with permanent work-from-home capability
  • Must have own equipment:
  • Laptop/PC (reliable and up to date)
  • Headset with microphone
  • Stable high-speed internet connection
  • Previous experience in lending, finance, or banking preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be available to work Australian business hours (9:00am – 7:00pm AET), including Saturdays
