Major Duties:

  • Focus on resolution of complex transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes.
  • Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverable.
  • May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role).
  • Provides input into performance management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions.
  • May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

Knowledge:

  • Excellent organization skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead team
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good communication to manage expectations
  • The ability to use your initiative and make decision making with challenging turnaround times
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time

Experience:

  • A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience in Securities lending is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
  • Analytical and problem solving skills are required
  • Be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
