Job Objective

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all logistics activities to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective flow of materials, supplies, and finished products. The role ensures compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Expected outcomes include on-time deliveries, optimized storage and transport processes, reduced delays, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock audits.
  • Lead and develop the logistics team.
  • Schedule and optimize transportation routes; manage fleet or third-party carriers.
  • Analyze workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain shipment documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Handle unexpected challenges such as delays or damaged goods.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation operations, including supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Inventory management, shipping, compliance, strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability.
