Role Description

We're hiring
Sales Development Representatives (SDR)
to join our small team. This is a
100% cold-calling role
focused on introducing Twincall AI to small business owners (mostly auto repair businesses) across the U.S. You'll be the first point of contact, building relationships, generating interest, and scheduling product demos for team.

What You'll Do

-Make hundreds of outbound calls per day to small business owners across the U.S. (lists are provided with company and company phone number).

-Engage prospects with a confident, friendly, and natural communication style (no heavy script reading).

-Clearly explain Twincall's value and send follow up emails (product demo link, case study attachment) after every quality conversation.

-Qualify prospects, overcome objections, and set demo appointments.

-Ensure prospects show up to demos by following up a day before and 1 hour before the set meeting time.

-Maintain detailed call notes and pipeline activity in Google Sheets.

-Collaborate with our leadership for feedback and continuous improvement. Be very responsive on Slack.

-Work U.S. Eastern Time hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET).

Requirements

-
Native-sounding English
with
neutral or no accent
(this is critical for success in U.S. outreach). This is a dealbreaker so please do not apply if you do not sound native when speaking English.

-Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (at least 1–2 years).

-Comfortable handling rejection and driven by results — you have the
grit
to hit daily targets.

-Strong communication, active listening, and conversational selling skills.

-Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and ability to work during U.S. business hours.
