We are hiring an INFOR ERP Trainee to support ERP implementation projects and pre-sales initiatives. This role involves analyzing business requirements, optimizing logistics and manufacturing workflows, and contributing to the design of cost-efficient ERP solutions that strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and streamline logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, on-site assessments, and process mapping to gather functional requirements.
  • Develop functional documentation for ERP modules focused on manufacturing, logistics, and data management.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure accurate system configuration and implementation.
  • Deliver customized ERP demonstrations and present business cases to support pre-sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Infor LN, CSI, or other manufacturing/supply chain systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Independent, collaborative, and eager to learn emerging ERP technologies.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally for project engagements.
