Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
ERP Support
professional to assist in the implementation, maintenance, and user support of
Infor ERP systems
. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in ERP operations, data management, and process improvement within a manufacturing and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to end-users by addressing ERP-related inquiries and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and validating data accuracy within the Infor ERP system.
  • Support implementation activities through documentation, system configuration assistance, and testing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to capture user feedback and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain functional reports, manuals, and user guides to ensure proper ERP utilization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
    .
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with
    Infor ERP
    or similar systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Warehouse Management Systems) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with data-driven tasks.
  • Willing to undergo training and continuously develop ERP technical proficiency.
