We are looking for an experienced Office Staff member with a background in Production Secretary to support day-to-day Production operations.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information professionally

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other admin-related software

Can multitask and work well under pressure with minimal supervision

A team player with a proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Assists production personnel in encoding their production reports

Request and manage printing of forms and other production-related materials

Issue Production Report Forms to production personnel

Prepare weekly/monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing

Summarize production reports and submit to concerned departments (Asst. Production Manager, Production Manager, R&D Head, Purchasing, RMWH Coordinator)

Conduct weekly inventory of raw and packaging materials at the end of production for all departments

Endorse notices of absences and tardiness of production employees

Provide reports and assist HR in disciplinary actions related to attendance issues

Monitor and file notices such as leaves, suspension, and incident reports

Handle general office administrative tasks and inter-department coordination
