Company Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and administer a health service program integrating occupational safety in accordance with the Medical Director
• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
• Organize and administer health service and community services such as blood donations, medical, surgical, and dental mission
• Participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers
• Provide nursing care to injured and ill workers and assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
• Maintain all employees' medical and other similar records
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
• Schedule (every first quarter of the year) and assist annual medical examination of all employees
• Generate medical reimbursement report
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Must be aRegistered Nurse
• Preferably with OHNAP Certification
• Knows how to suture and has first aid skills
• Has good communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
