Office Staff (With HR Experience)
We are looking for an experienced Office Staff member with a background in Human Resources to support day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
Qualifications:
✔ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information professionally
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other admin-related software
✔ Can multitask and work well under pressure with minimal supervision
✔ A team player with a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Monitor and record employee attendance using biometrics or manual logbooks
✔ Ensure accuracy of Daily Time Records (DTR), including tardiness, undertime, absences, and overtime
✔ Validate leave forms, official business slips, and other time-related documents
✔ Prepare weekly/monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing
✔ Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies and approval of adjustments
✔ Maintain confidentiality of employee time records and personal information
✔ Assist in tracking employees on probationary, contract, and regular status based on attendance records
✔ Provide reports and support HR in disciplinary actions related to attendance issues
✔ Monitor and file notices such as leaves, suspension, and incident reports
✔ Handle office-related administrative tasks and coordination
