Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complete project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, and consultants for project requirements.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and BOQ to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage procurement schedules and materials submittals.
  • Supervise and manage daily site operations.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved plans and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Conduct regular site meetings with team members and subcontractors.
  • Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Review and verify variation orders, change requests, and additional works.
  • Ensure the project is delivered within the approved budget.
  • Lead site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Address client concerns and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and government standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and close-out requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
