We are seeking a detail-oriented, versatile, and proactive Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of the project — from conceptual design and documentation, through construction project management, and into post-construction maintenance coordination. You will play a key role in delivering high quality architectural solutions that are functional, sustainable, and aligned with our client's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Documentation

  2. Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed design proposals.

  3. Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
  4. Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

  5. Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and interior designers throughout the design process.

  6. Construction Documentation & Tendering

  7. Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

  8. Coordinate with suppliers and consultants to finalize material selections.

  9. Assist in reviewing bids and evaluating contractors during procurement.

  10. Construction Project Management

  11. Oversee on-site construction progress and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

  12. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards.

  13. Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure proper documentation of all project changes and developments.

  14. Post-Construction & Maintenance

  15. Coordinate project turnover, punch listing, and close-out documentation.

  16. Assist clients in post-occupancy evaluations and ensure satisfaction with built projects.
  17. Work with the facilities or maintenance team to ensure upkeep of architectural elements and to troubleshoot design-related issues post-occupancy.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's degree or license preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project phases, and post-construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience with site supervision and contractor coordination.
