About Us:

DC Home Addition Contractor specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full home additions. We are looking for a licensed residential architect who is also an expert in realistic 3D rendering and visualization to help our clients clearly see their projects before construction begins.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and provide architectural design support for small to mid-size home remodels and additions, with a strong focus on kitchens and bathrooms. This role requires both architectural knowledge and advanced rendering skills to help homeowners make informed design decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce realistic 3D renderings and visualizations for home remodels, additions, kitchens, and bathrooms.
  • Develop architectural drawings and layouts that meet US building codes.
  • Collaborate with our contractor team and homeowners to refine design concepts.
  • Apply accurate finishes, lighting, and textures for life-like presentations.
  • Assist with construction documentation and permitting, when needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Architect with residential design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D renderings (kitchens, bathrooms, and home additions required).
  • Proficiency in rendering software such as Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of US residential building codes.
  • Strong communication and ability to work closely with contractors and clients.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with kitchen and bathroom and remodeling company .
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Creative design skills with attention to detail in finishes and layouts.
