About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Seasonal Sales Associates to join our DENIMHUB team at Robinsons Mall in Imus City, Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the visual appeal of our store. Whether you're assisting customers, operating the cash register, or restocking shelves, your contributions will be vital to the success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  2. Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments accurately
  3. Restocking and organising merchandise to maintain store presentation and product availability
  4. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment
  6. Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues effectively
  3. Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our business
