Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Salary Package:
- No CCE: ₱18,500 + ₱1,250 Allowance
- 1–11 months CCE: ₱19,500 + ₱1,250 Allowance
- 12 months & up CCE: ₱20,500 + ₱1,250 Allowance
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound healthcare inquiries from US customers
- Assist members with pharmacy and prescription concerns
- Provide clear and accurate information about benefits and services
- Maintain quality and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Good to excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months BPO experience OR SHS Graduate / College Level
- Amenable to shifting US schedule
- Comfortable in a Temporary WAH setup
WFH Requirements:
- Must reside within ARA hiring zones
- Active Viberr number/account
- Stable internet connection (minimum 35 MBPS)
