Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Representative located in Baliuag. The Healthcare Representative will handle daily customer interactions, provide outstanding customer service, and educate clients about healthcare solutions. The role involves building strong professional relationships, providing training and support for healthcare-related products and services, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns, inquiries, and feedback effectively. Collaboration with team members and the ability to meet client needs with problem-solving skills are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience to effectively engage with clients and provide support
  • Sales skills to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate healthcare solutions
  • Experience in training and educating clients on healthcare-related products and services
  • Background in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare-related topics is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to client-specific needs
