About us
Our mission is to provide our customers with "Perfect Parts and Tools, On Time, Every Time", based on scalable, repeatable and cost-effective manufacturing processes. We design, manufacture and market a complete range of consumable parts and tooling used in the assembly and testing of semiconductors. These include Rubber pick-up tools, Tungsten carbide die collets, Adhesive dispensing nozzles, Die ejector needles, Wire-bond clamps and EFOs, Mold pot & plungers, and Trim/form tools. Our vision is to become a Five Star company. By building a Five Star Factory, we aim to have High-Performance Teams. Qualifications & experience
- 2-5 years working experience in Sales Customer Service especially in the field of semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Administration/ Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- Has a strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Hands-on and with strong knowledge of PC applications such as word processing and spreadsheets in order to implement improved methods.
- Background in SAP, ERP-LN, or MS D365 is an advantage.
- Strong ability on relationship building/networking with customers as well as internal stakeholders is a requirement.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Collaborates with design, operation, and other departments to achieve our mission of providing our customers with Perfect Parts and Tools, On Time, Every Time Based on Scalable, Repeatable and Cost-Effective Processes in 4 key areas and teams:
o Metal Machining
o Plastic and Rubber Machining
o Standardized Tooling, Workholding, Fixturing and Programming
o Quality System development & enhancement.
- Assist the manager and/or the sales engineer in all administrative processing of orders, quotation coordination, etc.
- Maintains schedules, administers systems, or coordinates between internal departments to compile information/perform tasks.
- Process daily jobs effectively and efficiently such as issuing WSO after receiving PO from customers, maintaining shipment, update data for COF (Customer Order Fulfilment) reporting, etc.
- Coordinates, expedites and deals with internal/external party to resolve overdue orders.
- Regularly analyses workflow and systems to improve work quality, productivity and cost.
- Work with the respective teams from our other subsidiaries to support our global customers.
