Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for a Guest Services Supervisor. The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee day-to-day guest services operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective resolution of guest inquiries. Responsibilities include supervising guest services staff, managing reception duties, and maintaining excellent communication with guests and team members. The supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in handling Receptionist Duties
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work on-site and coordinate with different departments
  • Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
