We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Head to lead our Adidas retail location in Davao City. This is a key leadership role where you will be fully responsible for the store's overall operations, profitability, and success. You will be a visionary leader, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and embody the Adidas brand spirit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing and inclusive team. Foster a positive work environment and manage all performance aspects, including regular reviews and constructive feedback.
  • Sales & Profitability Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage store budgets, control costs, and maximize overall profitability.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Champion an outstanding customer journey. This includes ensuring staff provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, efficient service, and professional conflict resolution.
  • Store Operations Oversight: Direct all daily store operations, including efficient inventory management, high-impact visual merchandising, loss prevention protocols, and strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as the local face and ambassador for the Adidas brand, promoting our core values, products, and marketing campaigns within the community.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail management/supervisory role, preferably within a sports, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment.
  • Strong, demonstrated leadership skills and a proven ability to build, motivate, and manage successful teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • A verifiable track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing profit and loss (P&L) or retail budgets.
  • Proficiency with retail operating systems and Point of Sale (POS) software.
  • Flexibility to work typical retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A passion for sports and a deep understanding of the Adidas brand.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
