Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Receiving, validating, and entering order details into an order management or ERP system.
  • Customer Communication: Providing order updates, tracking information, and managing customer inquiries or issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring products are available for fulfillment.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborating with sales, customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order flow.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in orders to prevent delays and maintain order accuracy.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate order records, reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Supplier/Vendor Liaison: Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage inventory needs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing order data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend process improvements.
  • Reporting: Generating and distributing various order and inventory reports to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
