Location: Mandaluyong City

Qualifications:

For Analyst:

  • At least one (1) year of experience with Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Deal Desk, Contracts Management, Bid Support/Bid Management or B2B Sales fulfillment operations
  • College Undergraduates with at least 2 years of associate or diploma courses are accepted
  • Minimum of 12 months total BPO experience
  • English Proficiency

For Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Quality Management
  • At least three (3) years of experience in any managerial or supervisory role
  • At least one (1) year of experience: Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Deal Desk, Contracts Management, Bid Support/Bid Management or B2B Sales fulfillment operations
  • English Proficiency
