Job Summary:

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of construction materials, tools, and equipment. This role ensures that all products—from cement, steel, tiles, and pipes to electrical and plumbing supplies—are accurately received, safely stored, and promptly delivered to customers, sites, or retail branches.

Key Responsibilities:1. Receiving and Inspection

  • Receive incoming construction supplies and verify quantities against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
  • Record and label received items accurately in the warehouse system.

2. Storage and Inventory Management

  • Store materials safely and systematically according to company procedures and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in periodic stock audits.
  • Update stock cards, inventory logs, or digital records promptly.

3. Order Preparation and Dispatch

  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials according to delivery or project requirements.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

4. Equipment and Safety

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training or certification preferred).
  • Follow company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
  • Use appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) during all warehouse activities.

5. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of goods received, stored, and dispatched.
  • Assist with updating inventory management systems or manual logs.
  • Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
