Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• Must have at least 3 years experience in warehousing management in a manufacturing company under PEZA zone
• Must be familiar with all facets of warehousing which includes but is not limited to receiving, issuance and inventory
• Must have working experience as SAP End-User
• Must have warehousing experience, handling more than 200+ types of inventory items (machine parts and chemicals)
• Have chemical handling training, supply chain and inventory management
• Must be able to operate Forklift and a certified Forklift Operator, NC2 certification is an advantage.
• Must have safety training and is familiar with FIFO

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides support in the overall warehouse management to ensure the efficiency of operation, optimum production outputs, and maintenance and cleanliness of the premises
• Provides the direction and coordination to each warehouse staff to make sure that they are performing their duties as expected
• Ensures stock level inventory to ensure availability of stocks and accommodate deliveries
• Ensures proper manning levels based on the requirements of production
• Implements Good Warehouse Practices and establishes a good working environment
• Oversees warehouse utilization and double-checks goods delivered to make sure that they are unloaded in the designated bay area
• Implement FIFO at all times, ensuring that expiration is always observed and proper storage is done for chemicals and consumable materials

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php32,000.00 per month
