Primarily responsible for the supervision of multiple brand stores on different E-commerce platforms for fashion and personal care brands, as well as growing online sales.

  • Create, publish, and maintain all brand stores of the company across all E-commerce platforms.
  • Partner closely with E-Commerce Manager and brand teams, ensuring that featured product and merchandising strategy are clearly communicated, landing page content is up-to-date, accurate, and linking to the right categories.
  • Leads the execution of digital activations tied to product highlights, including, but not limited to brand's E-commerce website, online shopping platforms, seasonal creative/brand assets for online stores, digital creative assets & consumer promotions support.
  • Develops online store, marketplace & customer experience initiatives to engage potential and existing consumers.
  • Acts as the liaison of the E-Commerce team to the IPM team and Brand team to ensure initiatives are mirrored on handled channels.
  • Secures and negotiates deals with counterpart relationship managers from different online shopping platforms that will contribute to the success of the campaigns.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Has 4–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in Retail Sales & E-commerce.
  • Thinks strategically, acts creatively, and always follows through.
  • Has a strong business sense — you can spot trends, read the market, and plan for growth.
  • Knows how to lead a team and communicate effectively, whether it's on the floor or in the boardroom.
  • Is highly organized, can juggle tasks like a pro, and works with urgency and purpose.
  • Can handle pressure, stay positive, and hustle when needed.
  • Is open to working on-site at our Head Office- Don Chino Roces, Makati City.
