Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines GROWING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM TELEMARKETING SERVICES Full time ₱132,000 - ₱240,000 per year

A. SCOPE OF WORK:

The contractor will perform telesales support activities, including:

  • Making outbound calls to customers using the provided call list (200+ contacts/day);
  • Introducing products, services, and promotions following provided scripts or guidelines;
  • Recording customer interactions and updating order statuses or notes in the system;
  • Coordinating with operations and customer service teams to address customer concerns;
  • Supporting achievement of target outcomes (e.g., number of successful contacts, conversions) as part of output-based deliverables;
  • Providing summaries of completed calls and relevant outcomes at the end of each working day, for coordination and continuous improvement purposes only;

This is a freelance, independent contractor role. All services are output-based and carried out at the contractor's own discretion regarding time, location, and method. No managerial supervision or employer–employee relationship is established under this engagement.

B. WORK SCHEDULE & TASK ASSIGNMENT

  • Time of work and Work place, Tool: Self prepare
  • Way of receiving work: Email, group chat, company software
  • Respond to the work in 5 minutes

C. OUTPUT SUBMISSION & REVIEW

  • Deliverables must be submitted via designated platforms (e.g., CRM system, email, Google Sheets) by agreed deadlines;

  • Outputs will be evaluated based on:

  • Accuracy and clarity of customer records;

  • Completion of assigned calls and tasks;

  • Timeliness and responsiveness;

  • Feedback will be provided as needed for improvement. No real-time supervision, work-hour tracking, or managerial control will apply.

D. COMPENSATION:

  • Base monthly service fee (output-based): ₱11,000 (for standard deliverables);
  • Performance bonus: Based on output results (e.g., number of successful conversions), ranging from ₱1,500 to ₱5,000/month, calculated from verified outcomes;
  • Communication cost support: ₱500/month to assist with data and call-related expenses;
  • All compensation is output-based. There is no guaranteed minimum income or fixed monthly payment entitlement;
  • This role is not entitled to statutory employment benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, or paid leave.

E. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Essential qualifications

  2. Be fluent in Filipino;

  3. Residing in the Philippines and legally allowed to work as an independent contractor;
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  5. Owning a personal computer/laptop, mobile phone, headset, a reliable internet connection, personal sim card and a quiet place to work;
  6. Able to communicate clearly and responsibly via email/messaging apps;
  7. Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and familiarity with basic online tools (e.g., Google Sheets);

  8. Strong verbal communication and the ability to handle pressure.

  9. Nice-to-have qualifications

  10. Basic English communication skills is an advantage;

  11. Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or phone-based sales is a plus, but not required.
