What You'll Do

IT Support & Facilities Associate would be responsible for providing technical support for computer systems and networks, providing troubleshooting of issues for end-users, and assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. In addition, the role would also be responsible for managing records management initiatives for the company. The role would also be managing records management initiatives for the company.

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripheral equipment.
  • Network Management: Managing and maintaining network profiles, user groups, and printer queues, as well as analyzing and recommend technological innovations beneficial towards the company.
  • User Support: Providing first-line support to users and addressing their IT-related needs.
  • Records Management: Ensures adherence with the company's records management procedures and protocols for all vital company data.
  • Training: Providing basic ICT training to end users.
  • Asset Management: Maintaining, updating records of company assets.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
  • 2-3 years relevant IT/Admin working experience, with exposure on network, infrastructure administration and troubleshooting, program installation and configuration, asset management, records management. Exposure in cybersecurity is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, common software applications and network concepts
  • Ability to analyze system performance and identifies areas for improvement
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve technical issues.
